We're seeking a talented Business Developer to drive growth and build partnerships in the Web3 space.

Requirements

• 3+ years of business development experience in blockchain/Web3 industry
• Proven track record of closing technical service contracts with startups
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology fundamentals and use cases
• Existing network within the crypto/Web3 ecosystem
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities in the blockchain/crypto ecosystem
• Build and nurture relationships with Web3 founders, crypto VCs, and blockchain accelerators
• Represent our company at industry conferences, hackathons, and Web3 meetups
• Qualify leads and guide potential clients through our technical discovery process
• Collaborate with our Solutions Architects to craft compelling proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with transparency and integrity
